Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Measure Bisquick into a mixing bowl.
Add sour cream.
Add 7-up.
Look how bubbly! Fun!Mix well.
It will make a soft, yet sticky, dough.
On a clean surface, sprinkle a generous amount of flour (more than what's shown.)
Flour a rolling pin.
Roll out dough and cut into squares. If you like circular biscuits you can use a cookie cutter instead. As a REALLY helpful tip, roll the dough in flour BEFORE using rolling pin to avoid a mess.
Melt butter in a separate bowl.
Pour butter in a large baking dish.
Add dough squares to butter. You will notice the two in the upper right corner are thinner and straighter. That's because I rolled the excess dough on additional flour and cut more squares.
Add biscuits to oven and bake for 12-14 minutes to desired browning. I cut so many biscuits, I needed two pans! (Which meant another 1/4c of butter in a separate pan.)
Remove from baking dish. Serve and enjoy!
