Season the chicken breast to your taste.
Mix can of mushroom soup with milk (fill the soup can 3/4 with milk) until blended.
Fix rice according to the instructions. (2 cups makes 4 servings)
While rice is cooking, brown the chicken breast. Just enough to get the outside white.
When rice is done, add it to the soup. Season according to taste and mix until blended.
Add chicken to baking dish.
Add rice / soup mixture on top of chicken.
Cover with tinfoil and cook at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
Another option is to use pork chops. Cook for 30 to 35 minutes with pork.
