First, get your bowls and tall glass...fill the tall glass with gems first then put the rice over the gems.Add makeup brushesTake your bowls and fill with your makeup products.Finished!! This is the floor before. You need a clean smooth surface that the tape can adhere to. You can go over laminate or in my case concrete.
